Alaina, a Lancaster, Pennsylvania native, started her dance journey in her formative years at Encore Dance Center, exploring her passion for over a decade. In 2020, she achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Human Services from Towson University. During her education, she held an internship in Baltimore, Maryland at Kennedy Krieger Institute (NBU). This opportunity set the foundation for Alaina’s future supporting children with developmental disabilities/delays and behavioral disorders. Her professional journey began at PA Counseling Services, as a BHT-ABA. Alaina then transitioned to her current role as an Early Intervention Special Instructor with J.Cornack Therapy Group, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania Rhythm Works Integrative Dance allows her to merge both passions into her career. Her goal is to provide a safe, inclusive space for children with diverse abilities, to experience the benefits and joy of dance. She recognizes each child as an individual and values collaboration with the child’s team and caregivers to provide a nourishing environment.
